"Navigating the Nexus: Sustainable Intelligence in Accounting, Technology, and Socioeconomic Transformation"

08 October 2026

Over the past decade, the world has undergone a remarkable acceleration of change driven by technological advancements, global economic dynamics, and an increasing awareness of the importance of sustainability and social equity. The digital revolution has not only transformed how people work and interact, but has also redefined practices across accounting, management, education, and the social sciences. At the same time, global challenges such as the climate crisis, economic inequality, and post-pandemic disruptions demand smarter, more collaborative, and sustainable approaches.

Amid these waves of change, the academic and professional communities must navigate the complex interconnections between disciplines—what can be referred to as the nexus of accounting, technology, education, and socioeconomic transformation. In this context, there is an urgent need to develop what we call “Sustainable Intelligence”—an interdisciplinary approach that emphasizes innovation that is not only efficient and technologically adaptive but also inclusive, ethical, and aligned with the goals of sustainable development (SDGs).

The Global Accounting, Technology, and Economics Conference 2025 is envisioned as a scientific and professional platform to respond to these emerging challenges. With the theme "Navigating the Nexus: Sustainable Intelligence in Accounting, Technology, and Socioeconomic Transformation," this conference encourages the exchange of ideas, research findings, and cross-disciplinary innovations that can empower academics, practitioners, and policymakers to co-create a value-based and sustainable future.
